Hi, I’m Gaurisha, a software engineer at Microsoft who loves solving messy problems with clean systems. I’m currently obsessed with using agents and AI to reclaim time, reduce manual overhead, and make work actually feel productive.\nOutside of code, I’m deeply curious about where technology is heading and how we can build with it responsibly. I'm also vocal about creating more space for women in tech, and I care a lot about making engineering teams more inclusive, efficient, and fun.\nWhether it’s automating incident triage or just questioning why we’re still doing things the hard way, I love sharing ideas and building tools that spark change, the kind that lets developers do more of what they love, and less of what they don’t.
